I just wanted to wish all of you a very happy, healthy, and successful new year! May 2016 bring you good cheer, better times, and the best of everything!

A few times in the past, locally in Chicago, we did some special  countdown shows to the New Year, and, when I was an employee of the local Fox station, I was often a co-host for a live countdown show- done OUTSIDE in downtown Chicago. Not only did we combat freezing temperatures, huge crowds that sometimes got out of hand, and the occasional drunken fool- but also had to deal with the egos of some of those involved in the event. Still, it was pretty memorable, and an amazing time that I won't forget. Likewise, I'm pretty happy that I don't have to be onstage tonight,shivering while welcoming in the New Year!
